Crawlspace Crew works out of a shop on Douglas Avenue in Murfreesboro and covers Middle Tennessee — Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, Sumner, Maury, Coffee and Putnam counties among others. Every one of those visits starts the same way: a free inspection with photographs, moisture readings and a written estimate handed to you before we leave your driveway.

How far we travel
Most of our work sits within about an hour of Murfreesboro. Smyrna and La Vergne are fifteen to twenty minutes away; Nashville, Franklin, Mt. Juliet and Lebanon are half an hour to thirty-five minutes; Gallatin, Hendersonville and Columbia are around fifty minutes; and Cookeville, at roughly an hour and a quarter, is our longest regular run. Wherever you are on that list, the inspection is free and the estimate is written on site.

What we do when we get there
- Full crawl space encapsulation — floor, walls and piers sealed, vents closed, humidity controlled
- Vapor barrier installation — heavy liner with every seam sealed
- Waterproofing and drainage systems for spaces taking on water
- Sump pumps, french drains and egress drains
- Dehumidifiers sized to the volume of the space
- Insulation replacement, vent sealing and mold remediation
Service area questions
Do you charge extra to come out to the further towns?
No. The inspection is free across our whole service area, from Smyrna fifteen minutes away to Cookeville an hour and a quarter out. We would rather come and look than quote you a number over the phone.
What if I am just outside the towns you list?
Call and ask. The city pages are the places we work most often, not a boundary. Plenty of our jobs are on rural addresses between those towns.
Does the price change depending on where I live?
Price is driven by the crawl space, not the postcode — square footage, cleanout, drainage and dehumidification. Full encapsulation runs $4,000 to $15,000 anywhere in our area.
Do you work outside Middle Tennessee?
We are a Middle Tennessee contractor and we stay in Middle Tennessee. It is how we keep the crews on real schedules and get back out to you quickly if you ever need us.
