Crawlspace Crew is a locally owned crawl space contractor based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We spend our days under houses across Middle Tennessee — sealing them up, drying them out, and fixing what got done wrong the first time. Encapsulation, vapor barriers, drainage, dehumidifiers, insulation. Every job starts with a free inspection and a written estimate, so you know what you’re paying for before we start.

What makes us different

The estimate is written on site. This is the whole difference from the larger outfits. You have a fixed number before we leave.
We tell you when you do not need us. If your crawl space is dry and well drained, that is what we will say.
We are local. Murfreesboro shop, Middle Tennessee crews. If you need us back, we are an hour away at most.
We work in the right order. Water first, then sealing, then humidity. Sealing over a wet crawl space is the mistake we get called out to undo.

Who actually shows up at my house?

An inspector who goes under the crawl space, and then a foreman and field crew for the work itself. Everyone has a written role, which is how the job stays on the schedule we gave you.

Do you subcontract the work?

No. The crews are ours, which is why the workmanship warranty means something.
