Crawl Space Before and After Photos in Murfreesboro & Middle Tennessee
Every job below is a real Middle Tennessee crawl space, photographed before we started and again when we finished. Fourteen of them are matched before-and-after pairs shot from the same spot in the same room — not a stock photo among them. If you want to know what your crawl space could look like, this is the honest version.
What to look for in a before-and-after
- The piers. Wrapped and sealed, or bare block? Unwrapped piers wick moisture straight through.
- The seams. Sealed liner or overlapped sheets? Overlap is where cheap jobs leak.
- The walls. Liner run up the block, or a floor-only barrier that stops at the wall?
- The corners. Corners and penetrations are the fiddly part. If they look right, the rest usually is.
- Where the water went. Look for a sump basin and a discharge line, not just a clean-looking floor.
The kind of work you are looking at
Dirt floors and torn black plastic turned into sealed white liner. Fallen insulation and hanging batts cleared out and piers wrapped. Muddy trenches turned into gravel drainage feeding a sealed sump basin. Vapor barriers sealed around plumbing and ductwork. These are full encapsulations, vapor barrier installs, drainage systems and sump pump installs from across Rutherford, Williamson, Wilson and Sumner counties.
